Transcription factors, as we know, are key determinant for routine cellular function along with being overactive in cancer progression. The systematic collection and curation of transcription factors in lung cancer or its types is critically important for evaluation of their biological function as well as for developing therapeutic strategies. Intriguingly, we identified 349 transcription factors that were consistently plays a starring role in lung cancer.
