数据库主要信息：The database provides annotation of enhancers in the human hg19 genome. The enhancers were predicted based on at least three independent high throughput experimental datasets (e.g. histone modification, eRNA, transcription factor binding and DHS). Currently, the database contains 2,534,123 enhancers for 76 cell lines and 29 tissues. The database allows users to (1) examine the experimental evidences for the predicted enhancers in a given genomic region; (2) compare the enhancers across different cell/tissue types; (3) identify the enhancers associated with a gene; (4) predict the genes regulated by a set of cis-regulatory elements.
