We have generated several computational tools to predict G-quadruplexes in nucleotide sequences and map them to functionally relevant locations on mRNAs and pre-mRNAs. The G-Quadruplex Resource Site serves as a portal to our suite of software programs and databases for analysis of G-quadruplexes.
