The resource offers easy means for generating large, customized ensembles of potential template structures from the PDB, for the components of target complexes representing hetero-complexes of single domain proteins from the widely used docking benchmark V4. Using these template ensembles in conjunction with the corresponding targets, methods developers can investigate the influence of various factors, such as sequence and structural diversity, on the integrated process of template-based modeling and protein docking and its outcome.
