It allows the analysis of 1 ) single cell transcriptomes using LungGENS; 2) sorted lung cell populations using LungSortedCells; 3) Lung Developmental Time Course analysis using LungDTC; 4) Lung Disease analysis LungDisease; 5) Epigenetic analysis using LungEpigenetics; 6) Lung Image; 7) lung proteomics analysis using LungProteomics; 8) lung studies using external publication; 9) Lung Ontology Browser and 10) LGEA tool box to facilitate comparison and integration analyses.
