数据库主要信息：MyomiRDB is a first-ever curated database of muscle miRNAs that are differentially expressed (DE) during muscle atrophy. This database provides information on DE muscle atrophy miRNA with their fold change, source organism, biomarker association, tissue of expression, duration of experiment and experimental validation. The database also gives information about miRNA i.e. miRBase accession no, miRNA Family, chromosome number, precursor and mature sequences, its stem-loop structure, drug and disease correlation etc. MyomiRDB gives complete target (TF, gene, miRNA) network of each DE muscle atrophy miRNAs with visualization and downloadable in (.SIF) format. It also identifies the Feed forward loops (FFLs) in the miRNA-TF gene regulatory network.
