数据库主要信息：PlantcircBase collected publicly available circRNAs identified in recent years from O. sativa, A. thaliana, Zea mays, Solanum lycopersicum, and Hordeum vulgare, as well as unpublished circRNAs. PlantcircBase also provides other functions such as visualization of the structures of circRNA and prediction of circRNAs. PlantcircBase v7.0 contains 171,118 circRNAs from 21 plant species. Over 31,000 of the circRNAs have full-length sequences constructed based on analysis of 749 bulk RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) datasets downloaded from the public domain and Nanopore long-read sequencing results of rice RNAs newly generated in this study.
