The chemical structures are also curated in the database that provides a great opportunity to develop quantitative structure-activity relationship models for the high-throughput screening of potential anti-cancer, anti-platelet, and anti-tuberculosis drugs.
TIPdb-3D is the three-dimentional structure database of phytochemicals in TIPdb that has been fully integrated into TIPdb
