Six kinds of direct and indirect experimental evidences are integrated to support the coding potential of lncRNAs and peptides, including manually curation, the occupancy of ribosomes, lncORF, IRES, m6A and mass spectrometric proofs. TransLnc currently documents approximate 583,840 peptides encoded by 33,094 lncRNAs. TransLnc also concludes 220,791 and 237,915 candidate neoantigens binding by major histocompatibility complex class I or II molecules, respectively.
