简介：干扰素一致性序列结合蛋白（icsbp）是干扰素（ifn）调节因子（irf）家族的一个转录因子。这个家族的蛋白质由n-末端的保守dna结合区和作为调控区的发散c-末端区组成。irf家族蛋白与ifn刺激反应元件（isre）结合，调节i型ifn刺激的基因表达，即ifnα和ifnβ。irf家族蛋白还控制病毒感染诱导的ifnα和ifnβ调节基因的表达。[由RefSeq提供，2008年7月]Interferon consensus sequence-binding protein (ICSBP) is a transcription factor of the interferon (IFN) regulatory factor (IRF) family. Proteins of this family are composed of a conserved DNA-binding domain in the N-terminal region and a divergent C-terminal region that serves as the regulatory domain. The IRF family proteins bind to the IFN-stimulated response element (ISRE) and regulate expression of genes stimulated by type I IFNs, namely IFN-alpha and IFN-beta.
