简介:磷酸肌醇3激酶(pi3ks)是肌醇磷脂的磷酸化产物,参与免疫应答。该基因编码的蛋白质是PI3K的I类催化亚单位,与其他I类催化亚单位(p110αp110β和p110δ)一样,编码蛋白结合p85调节亚单位形成pi3k,该基因位于先前在髓性白血病中发现的第7号染色体的一个普遍缺失片段。已经发现了一些编码相同蛋白质的转录变体。[由RefSeq提供,2015年6月]Phosphoinositide 3-kinases (PI3Ks) phosphorylate inositol lipids and are involved in the immune response. The protein encoded by this gene is a class I catalytic subunit of PI3K. Like other class I catalytic subunits (p110-alpha p110-beta, and p110-delta), the encoded protein binds a p85 regulatory subunit to form PI3K. This gene is located in a commonly deleted segment of chromosome 7 previously identified in myeloid leukemias. Several transcript variants encoding the same protein have been found for this gene.
